What is Real-Time Monitoring?

Real-time monitoring is a live view of every call moving through a pay-per-call platform. The board shows each call's current state — navigating the IVR, being auctioned to buyers, or bridged to an agent — with live timers and caller context, updated over a server-sent event stream so operators see exactly what is happening without refreshing a dashboard.

Key Capabilities

  • Server-Sent Events (SSE) auto-refresh: call state changes push to the browser instantly without polling, with a green pulsing dot for active connections and a red dot for dropped connections

  • Call state progression: Initiated → IVR → Auction → Bridged → Completed/Failed, with each transition visible in real time on the board
