Add the DNI snippet to your website to track every visitor with a unique phone number and capture their Google Click ID. Build IVR voice menus to collect caller information. Qualify, Bid, and Connect to the Best Buyer

The IVR qualifies callers and feeds data into the routing engine. Conditional rules filter buyers by geography, time of day, IVR responses, and more. When ping-post is enabled, buyers bid in real time. The routing engine selects the winner, checks capacity caps and business hours, and rings the buyer. If they don't answer, the next buyer is tried automatically.
